The EMAC Executive Task Force (ETF) works under the EMAC Committee on EMAC's policies and procedures and the relay of information and issues from the local and regional levels up to the national level.

The EMAC Executive Task Force chair is the team leader for EMAC's National Coordinating State (NCS), which maintains the EMAC span of control during EMAC activations.
