What is a Mission Ready Package or MRP?
Simply stated - an MRP is everything you would need to conduct your mission out of state, including estimated costs, for the duration of your deployment. MRPs should be developed in coordination with your State Emergency Managment Agency and exercise it prior to deployment to ensure it will function as designed. 

Where do I start?
Start by taking a training course on EMAC so you understand how the Compact works, your responsibilities during a deployment, and be familiar with what is eligible for reimbursement and what is not.
