| The EMAC site will not allow me to register for classes. | If you are unable to enroll in a course, verify you are logged into the website by looking at the top right of the screen to see if you need to login. If you still can't login, please fill out a Support Ticket. |

| I created an account, but I did not receive a confirmation email and when I attempt to log in, the system returns an error message saying, "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." When I attempt to reset the password, the system says "Failed to save user: Username in use. | Please contact NEMA so we can reset your access by filling out a Support Ticket. |
| I completed an online course and need to take the assessment. When I closed the screen, it shows I didn't complete the course. I did. | It is possible you didn't exit the activity. When exiting a course please use the "Exit Activity" link at the top of the page. Failure to use the "Exit Activity" link will result in course progress not being saved. |

Must the governor do an emergency declaration in order for the state to utilize EMA resources? |
